The good news is that after about 20 minutes of intense pain my whole leg and foot went numb so I just got back to work.

It was my own stupid fault, I didnt eat or drink for a couple of days other than to take my meds, so I ended up feeling like crap with a banging headache, ive been on water all day and the headaches gone.
