Not sure if I like the turn based tactical games....I tried one of Clancy's where you controlled a group and I found it ponderous and frustrating.

Convenient horses mod...you can speed horses up ;) (BTW the horse you see there can explode in a giant ball of flames once a day, killing/wounding your enemies...best mount animations I have seen yet too)

Funny, i prefer to play the girls, if i'm going to spend the next couple of weeks watching somebodies rear bouncing around on my screen i kind of prefer it to be female.


Current favourite mods, lunari race for a bit of glamour, apachii hair, CBBE body and a few clothes modifiers, nothing that affects gameplay only appearence although that horse mod looks cool!

That's what I like with just changing the look of the character itself...not starting over at the beginning BTW getting CTD every 2 minutes...Quite annoyed here)

just had an idea for a game....


Everyone starts out as a normal human and there's AI zombies everywhere. As the game progresses you can get bit and then you turn. As a zombie your abilities/movement are different and for the most part, impede you due to speed and skill.

You could also have medicines that reverse the zombie-state, but they would be difficult to access.

The problem was with Skse_loader (Skyrim script extender) not being used properly...not mods related at all :lol: (Found that out yesterday) The dodgy mod in question is on it's way to be the mod of the month on the Nexus :lol: BTW all I had to do was tweak Nvidia Inspector to get to use SKSE...fixed.
BTW I have yet to see a house mod make you CTD (The worst I saw was the walls of 2 house clipping on each other :lol:...but this house is in it's own part of Sovngarde)

Well by itself its not a mod but a launcher :lol: (SkyUI is great btw...the interface ain't done for PC at all)
I'm probably going to re-install SKSE, installed an ENB and it works great with the game's launcher but I get CTD with SKSE.

I use a ghetto inventory mod....no launcher needed. It organizes your stuff quite well into categories but anything in chests or drawers etc becomes that huge long list from hell.


Remember how I was complaining about my home chest being slow to put in and take out items? I found the cause...too much crap in the chest :lol:

Yes I do...my entire skyrim game is 100% legit (The only time I tried the non-legit was to test if my old computer could take it)

What I mostly have: Sharpshooter's ENB, Climate of Tamriel, a sh*t ton of armors/weapons, SKSE,Halls of Dovahndor and a few mods that change the NPC and body mods (never seen any problems as you said with the NPC)

Meh...If I want small towns...I will go to Riverwood or Ivarstead :lol: (Custom towns are complicated to do...you have to set up how the NPC in there are acting)

Tip for you if you use consoles

I have sorted some stuff out on my PS3 as I only has about 6GB of room left and had to delete some stuff from the Game Data Utility from Games I no longer play and got back another 21GB back

Bethesda did a VERY poor job with the followers AI :lol: (Ultimate Followers Overhaul fixes that, gives you more control over the followers...and you can have up to 15 followers at once )

Saints Row is a blast but i made the mistake of oer-boosting my character it takes some of the drama out of the game when you're indestructible with infinite ammo.

On he other and the light mg with incendiary bullets is a blast, i loved flitting around in the VTOL blowing the hell out of things and Professer Genki is something i could spend hours on.

Is kind of early era GTA without the Niko gloom and real good fun!

I stuck to three core characters i needed to keep on the good side, of Jacob becasue he was essential, Brucie because its unavoidable if you do the races and Roman because of the dialogue, everybody else was a waste of time and it didnt affect the plot.

I actually really liked GTA4 apart from the fact it was too dark in places in my old TV and i used to be taking a best guess on what was going on.

I've racked up a whopping 3 hours online for MW3 :lol: I enjoy it...I just don't know anyone on PC who plays when I decide to :(

We used to have a group of guys who played every Friday night online in my city, it was awesome. Everyone dropped out for various reasons....

When I play MW3, I get my ass kicked so hard because I don't have the same powerups, exp level as the guys who have played 400 hours, no fun.

Let me get Black Ops 2 first, play the single player and see if multi player is relatively easy to use. I'm concerned with the time difference as I could only play after 6pm here weeknights and most of the weekend.

For FPS, its just a preference because of controls...ok I DO hate the Xbox360 but only because I had 2 that died on me (RRoD)
Even if I have a gaming pc...doesn't stop me from using my PS3 (almost) everyday

I picked up COD last night and played for a few hours. The online seems solid. They have revamped a few things to make it more team based (ie. kill streaks are gained through mission tasks now) which is great. They also added some new game modes and got rid of a couple I wasn't a fan of, so overall it feels improved. The maps I got into are all small like Acid said.

Also played the first part of the campaign and it's pretty sweet!

Zombies seemed like a complete afterthought. No more turning on the power, no more opening lots of doors to massive levels, severe lack of standard weapons (found on the walls), no more dogs every 4-6 rounds, random fire everywhere, etc. Not feeling it at all.

Half of my friends list has already gone back to Modern Warfare 3.

The worst part is sound on multiplayer. Players make NO NOISE AT ALL and it's not perk related. They can run up behind you at full speed and you'll never hear it.

Ok so I'm 5 hours into the Black Ops 2 campaign and I'm not impressed. The graphics and environments are too sparse and unimaginative. A couple of levels from 1989 were ok, but not as organic and robust as past COD's that were full of particle effects, debris, smoke, lights.

Every level is this formula - cutscene, shoot for 3 minutes, cutscene, cutscene, shoot for 2 minutes, cutscene, interactive cutscene where you press one button, once. Repeat.

Really?...You walk slowly through a suburban setting at night. The homeowner argues with his wife and he leads you to the backyard. Then you get to watch 2 guys drinking beer, while they chat about very little. And then you walk out of the backyard. And through this whole riveting encounter your role is pressing a button once...to open the gate to the dude's backyard.........SERIOUSLY???!!!!!

The shooting levels are nothing new and the whole thing has felt dry and used up, other than a few interesting side missions and levels.

I've only tried free for all online....connection was quick and a no brainer, but with no choice of venue it seems you could play the same shitty map consecutively for hours. Super at work has it on the PS3, he said they're ranking us right now and then you move into rooms with compatible players.

So I've quit two online sessions, not killed anyone and got shot in the back twice :lol: Does that mean my player rating is -2?

I'm really disappointed with the graphics in Black Ops2. Got it cranked on high, not much slowdown but the environments looks so clean compared to past CoD's...as in, not real and cartooney.

Last few levels tried to make up for it I guess....still struck me like I was playing Halo or similar, rather than a CoD game.

BF3 was around 4 hours long (Most FPS are done for multiplayer...sadly)
But ya...again what REALLY ruins it for me is the footsteps in multiplayer (Don't know if its normal for a COD game...never played one before BO2)

I miss Bad Company 2. Hiding in the hills on the Harvest Day map with my GOL-Sniper Magnum, headshotting n00bs and spotting enemy vehicles for mah team mates. They changed player footsteps so they are almost impossible to hear. In all the other COD games you could hear someone coming unless they had the Ninja perk (move silently). It's one of the changes that really pissed me off.

To hear footsteps in BO2 you need...

1) Dead Silence perk. Makes your movement silent so you can hear better. (get around lvl 40)
2) Awareness perk. Makes other player footsteps audible (lvl 50 or 55 to get it)
3) Sound settings. Change the preset mode to "High Boost"
4) SFX Volume needs to be near max
5) Music and voice volume near the minimum

It's a lot of steps (and perks required) but it's the only way to make it like the previous COD games.

They claim it was to stop people from "sound whoring". Sound whoring is camping a room and then using sound to know which way to point your gun. It's not how I like to play but I have no problem with it. If I get killed by a camper I simply shoot a grenade launcher into that room every time I pass it. An easy way to get kills.

Getting Saints Row The Third also. I just watched a video and there's a car you can drive which vacuums up pedestrians you run over and shoots them out of a cannon with fireworks to accompany. roflol

I think it's more of a pick up n play game than ANY of the GTA games

some of the GTA missions could be annoying...I still admire the open world sandbox type games. To me they're really worth the money for game software/time put in.

Technically, yes but realistically? No :lol: (There are mountains that you can't climb no matter how hard you try)
99% of the games I get are sandbox/open world game...TONS of stuff to do outside of the main story instead of the ordinary "Beat the game and....NEXT!" That's why I'm REALLY excited for Far Cry 3! (A mix of Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption and a FPS, all in one!)
Pre-ordered it on steam and waiting for Thursday.

I've already installed the two disks, took about 5 minutes. Now Steam has been updating it for about 15 minutes with what looks like a rather large patch...over 900k a second, WTF is taking so long?

Both game are relatively short really (Main story)...its the random stuff that you do that makes it longer :lol:
