I'm really fascinated by the details of the reactors, and the most consistently interesting and informative commentator is a nuclear engineer named "Arnie Gunderson" -- you may have seen him on the networks.
He has a firm that consults on nuclear engineering issues and he posts videos there about what's going. Highly recommended. Because he knows the designs well, he sees stuff in the photographs-- like the racks to hold the spent fuel rods.
Very much worth your while if you're interested. He's not afraid to say when he thinks the authorities are being less than fully transparent about what's happening.
