An elderly couple have unwittingly grown the "biggest cannabis plant" police officers had seen after buying what they thought was a shrub from a car boot sale.

I had to giggle at this one.

 the funny thing is that's not fantastically large, but maybe for england its a good size. people dont usually have the time, space, or patience to let 'em get that big

That looks to have no value since it isn't budding. Even if it were there are 2 kinds of street value. What it actually worth and what fuzzy math the police use to make their busts sound huge.

Being that its outdoor grown the quality will be low. Its anyone's guess as to what kind of weed it would heild which would make a difference.

I don't know anything about growing pot...I've heard it called "bud" before but never knew why. I feel smarter now.

There was one much larger than that growing "wild" at the pig pin at my grandparents when I was a kid. My uncle had been throwing his seeds and stems out there. Looked like a fuggin bamboo thicket...lol
