A 51-year-old Ypsilanti woman was arrested Friday evening after she was accused of striking her husband on the head with a frying pan, police said.
The couple had been arguing most of the day, according to a media summary from Ypsilanti police. Officers were dispatched about 7 p.m. to their residence in the 100 block of South Grove Street after receiving a complaint that the woman had assaulted her 51-year-old husband.
"She was upset with his lack of feelings for her and struck him in the head twice with a frying pan," the police summary said.
The man was injured and treated at the scene, but refused further medical treatment.
No other information was immediately available.
