NICEVILLE - An extremely upset, crying woman called 9-1-1 to complain a fast-food restaurant fouled up her order, according to a Niceville Police Department incident report.

On Sept. 22 the department spoke with a woman who said she was at Burger King and she "got crappy service and they won't give her money back." The report noted she was "extremely upset and crying."

A Police Department employee spoke with the manager of Burger King, who said she corrected the woman's order and gave her a refund, but the woman wouldn't let her explain what she did.

The unhappy customer was told not to call 9-1-1 with non-emergencies.

There should be an automatic fine associated with calling 911 for non-emergencies.
