Its very slim in its scope, and the last 20 years you can simply discard as fiat bubbles. It'd be like looking at corporate profits of the last 5, 6 years and using that as a gauge of how things are going :lol:

Yes, the stock market flourished under Clinton (the internet bubble) and Obama (Fed pumping).

Since the recession the US stock market has fully recovered, but has wages, housing, and expendable income? No, not even close.

Moral? The stock market has very little to do with actual economic conditions.
