I think he has too much hair on the top for it to be considered a skullet. But it does look like he's losing it. Give him 5 years, give or take 2.

I've had to explain what a mullet is a time or two. Long hair all over is not a mullet, though I'll admit, at times I may look like I have one, in reality, all my hair was long. lol
