What's your favorite Turkey Day side dish?

With Thanksgiving coming up here this week in the US, I was talking with some of the guys at work about the food and what kind of side dishes everyone likes.

I think my favorite would have to be the stuffing/dressing, especially if it is cooked inside the turkey.

Cornbread Stuffing Muffins. Made these for the first time last year and they were amazing. I add a bit of sweet Italian sausage to mine.

Apparently she adds almonds slices and covers the top with those fried onion things. Lipstick on a pig if you ask me.
