CLEVELAND HEIGHTS -- A man who spent $300 to buy crack cocaine apparently had a change of mind and called police after smoking more than half his purchase.
Cleveland Heights police received a call the morning of Dec. 20 from the man who said he had about $100 worth of the crack remaining and he wanted to give it to police.
The police took the man to University Hospitals for a psychiatric evaluation. The man agreed to be taken to the hospital.
