Teacher’s aide Arrested For Videotaped Sex With 3 Students In Gym

A 22 year-old Tucson, Arizona teacher aide was arrested for allegedly having sex with three male students while several others watched the incident inside of an old Amphitheater High School gym in Tucson, Arizona.

Clarice Lee, who began working at the school in August of 2012, was booked in Pima County Jail after an off-duty police officer was notified by an employee of the situation that resulted in an investigation being launched on Tuesday.

Reportedly, during a lunch period on Friday, January 18, Lee led two 18 year-old students and one 16 year-old student to an unused gym.

Clairce Lee, who is the mother of two children, had sexual intercourse with the 16 year-old and sexual contact with the two 18 year-old male students. Three other students, one age 17 and two ages 18, watched while one of them videotaped the encounter.

According to Detective Cindy Mechtel, the act is believed to have been spontaneous because Clarice Lee allegedly only knew the students from passing them in the hall.

Lee was charged with four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and has resigned from her job as a teacher’s aide.
