I have kind of a mess behind the TV in the living room, but since the downstairs is still a work in progress, I haven't really cared too much about it.

I screw around behind both my computer and TV setups pretty often, I've tried making it really neat and tidy in the past but it never lasts long.

That's the main reason my TV is tabletop instead of hung on the wall. You can't see any wires unless you stick your head behind it.
