The 19-year-old pop singer was spotted wearing that random gas mask yet again today while stepping out of a car in front of the Langham hotel near Oxford Circus.

Um, why is that again?

Of course, this could just be another quirky fashion statement, seeing how J.B. tried (and failed) to go incognito in Venice, Calif., over a year ago with a metallic gold mask.

But considering pretty much nothing at this point can stop the fans from Beliebing, he's free to be as dramatic as he wants.

I used to have a gas mask like that.

Take the "clean air" tube, put in a metal screen, load your weed, hit it, stay trapped in the mask with all the smoke. They make vaporizer versions of it too.
