I got some cooked Sushi rolls the other day for lunch. Instead of raw fish in the middle it had tempura shrimp (they were out of my spicy tuna that I eat raw).

Anyways, I couldn't eat it all and took a few rolls home. They've been in the fridge overnight and I'm wondering how to heat them up.

Some people say "Oven @ 350 degrees for 5 minutes" and others say "steam for a few minutes over lightly boiling water". Has anyone tried either of these or have a better way to reheat it?

I would just eat them cold, the rest of the ingredients were served cold I would think. Probably get funky heating them up.

Good point. Everything else was cold, it was only the shrimp that was cooked. Thanks Porky.

I ended up lightly boiling some water, placing a rack on top, put the sushi on the rack, let steam lightly for 5 minutes.

I was going to eat it cold but the rice was really hard. The steam softened it up nicely.
