SULLIVAN COUNTY, TN (WJHL) -
A man and a woman were arrested Wednesday morning after the sheriff's office received calls about indecent exposure at a BP gas station in Blountville. The woman told police she performed a sex act in exchange for a better car deal.
When officers spotted the vehicle in question, a gray Cadillac, on Highway 394 near Franklin Drive, the passenger, 28-year-old Crystal Frantzen, told police that she had performed oral sex on Gary Tipton, 58, in the BP parking lot. She added that she did it in exchange for a better deal on the Cadillac that she wanted to buy from Tipton.
Frantzen was arrested and charged with prostitution, while Tipton faces charges of patronizing a prostitute. Officers also found several Valiums in his pocket and charged him with possession of schedule III drugs after it was discovered that he did not have a prescription for the pills.
Tipton and Frantzen were taken to the Sullivan County Correctional Facility.
