She hasn't reported to rehab yet, she was given a few weeks before she had to report. I assume her being back in NYC is her showing up to report any day since she will be doing her rehab somewhere in the city.

Well maybe a spell in prison is what she really needs to make her take responsibility for her own actions, all they seem to be doing at the moment is saying 'you can do what you want without redress' one day she'll drop such a big clanger she won’t know what's hit her, they can't keep sweeping her appalling behaviour under the carpet indefinitely.

I wish I could find that list of her charges and convictions. Seriously, if you or I would have committed half of the crimes she has, we'd be doing time.

She needs an actual prison sentence of a few years to get her head straight and learn...she's been coddled by the system and turned into an A-list celeb by the press. Time for it to end.
