LINCOLN COUNTY • A 26-year-old woman has been charged after police say she let a teen take sexually explicit photographs of her, then touch her breasts.
April Dawn Leeper, 26, of Pleasant Hill, Mo., has been charged with sexual misconduct.
According to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department, the offense took place April 10 at a home near Moscow Mills. The teen was 14.
Bail is set at $10,000 cash only in the case.
