NETANYA, Israel -
According to the Times of Israel, a woman in Netanya who was apparently feeling sick from drinking, walked into an IKEA and proceeded to puke on a couch and sleep on a bed.
After vomiting on the couch, the woman walked over to a nearby bed, kicked off her shoes, and fell fast asleep under the queen-sized covers, says the paper.
The workers at IKEA left her alone for the whole evening until closing time, when a security guard went over and woke her up to let her out, the Times says.
Customers were apparently unperturbed by the incident. They simply didn't try out the bed that she slept on and avoided the couch that was vomited on.
Officials at IKEA, as quoted by the Times of Israel, say that the woman felt unwell, and that's why the workers permitted her to rest until she felt better. IKEA, after all, is know for its amenities that extend beyond run-of-the-mill shopping experiences.
