Man exposes himself to family stuck in traffic

A woman stuck in traffic in south Wichita on Monday night had her attention drawn by a man waving at her from another car.

When she looked over, the woman said, the man had his penis fully exposed, according to police. The 30-year-old woman said her two young children in the car also saw it.

The incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. at 31st Street South and Seneca, Lt. Doug Nolte said. No details on the man’s description have been released.

I remember while at College we were working late into the summer evening trying to get our assignments ready and in on time when we saw this guy flashing people down on the street (we were on the 2nd floor across the street). We at first thought it was hilarious and wrote "2.2" signs like a Russian judge and put them up in the window so he'd see, figuring we'd shame him into stopping.

Until he did it to a woman with a couple of kids...then about 15 of us ran down and circled this guy until the police came.

WTF compels people to do this I don't know...
