GOLF MANOR, OH (FOX19) -

A Roselawn man faces multiple charges after, police say, he presented false identification and lit a crack pipe while in police custody.

Rodney Watkins, 46 of Roselawn, was arrested on Saturday during a traffic stop.

Golf Manor Police say that Watkins presented officers with an Illinois ID belonging to Carlos Williams and identified himself as such. Authorities say Watkins was the passenger of a vehicle involved in a routine traffic stop in the 2500 block of Losantiville Avenue.

Watkins was taken into custody for felony warrants and transported to the Golf Manor Police Department.

After using the bathroom, police say that Watkins pulled out a crack pipe and lighter and attempted to smoke the remaining crack.

Watkins faces numerous charges, including theft, drug abuse, obstruction of official business and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.

He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $39,750 bond.
