It's been awhile since I talked with any of you and I have some amazing news to share.

My wife gave birth to our first child in June! We've added a very happy, very healthy baby girl to this world.

I never let on my wife was pregnant because she lost a child when she was 19 (she was 6 months along at the time). The doctors were confident she would go full term (with several safety measures) but I was a nervous wreck the entire time. Thankfully that's all over and we couldn't happier.

Having a child was the best decision I've ever made (well, my wife made it and I couldn't hold out any longer).

All it takes is one smile and staring into her big blue eyes to make my heart completely melt. I'm officially wrapped around her finger and I'm loving every minute!

Great stuff. If you need any advice at all...

Don't ask me, I'm still making it up as I go along with my 10 year old daughter! :)

Big, humongous congratulations AT!!!!

3 months and the wee little one is smiling at ya? Awesome! Yep, she'll have you wrapped around her little finger the rest of your life. May I interest you in a slightly used 12ga double barrel shotgun with 20 rounds of rock salt shells?

No?

Too early?

You're gonna want it...

Congrats AT. Good stuff, enjoy the younger years while you can. The older they get the more frustrating it becomes.
