SARASOTA - An Ocala man has turned himself in after admitting to the robbery of a 7-Eleven store in which he told the clerk he would "pay you back later."
21-year-old Fabian Morrison has been charged with Armed Robbery.
According to the Sarasota Police Department, Morrison walked into the 7-Eleven on 17th Street and U.S. 301 early Wednesday morning and walked behind the counter, telling the clerk "Bro, I got something to tell you."
The clerk saw that Morrison had a stick in his possession when he told the clerk "Give me all you got."
Morrison received an undisclosed amount of cash, but before he left he approached the counter and told the clerk: "Don't call the cops. I'll pay you back later, bro. I'm really fucked up."
