NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC -

An MTV Teen Mom 2 star told North Myrtle Beach police on dashcam video obtained by WBTW that she and her new boyfriend were in a rush to get home to have sex when the car allegedly swerved and lead to the 3rd DUI charge for her boyfriend.

The incident happened early Saturday morning in North Myrtle Beach when Jenelle Evans, age 21, formerly of Brunswick County, was riding with Nathan J. Griffith, age 25, of North Myrtle Beach.

A police motorcycle unit clocked Evans' 2007 Toyota that Griffith was driving going 51 in a 40 mph zone and later saw him swerving, North Myrtle Beach Police said.

Griffith pulled over after a couple of blocks and ran, but was Tasered during the incident, police said. He later vomited in the back of a police car, authorities said.

Evans, who was not charged with any crime, is heard on dashcam video trying to explain why Griffith was allegedly was swerving and speeding.

"Honestly, we were trying to have sex," Evans told a North Myrtle Beach policeman when he asked about the driving.

A policeman then asked: "That's why you guys were all over the road?"

"Yeah," replied Evans, who is still married to Courtland Rogers, but has had Griffith as her boyfriend for several weeks.

Later, Evans clarified that the couple was in a hurry to get home to have sex, but not actually having it in the car.

"Well, that's not very good," the policeman said.

When police were questioning Evans she seemed to slur her speech and said that she did not know how much she had to drink that evening, which included a trip to Molly Darcy's Bar on the Beach.

Evans did say that they had 2 drinks and 2 shots.

A couple of minutes later Evans said she had "a shot, maybe 2, maybe 3."

The officer at one point asked Evans if she was going to be on MTV and she replied "Yes, unfortunately" while laughing.

Evans also later confirmed that she had moved to North Myrtle Beach from Wilmington. However on Tuesday, she Tweeted that she might be moving from the area because of what she calls police harassment.

"now since i have to be HARASSED by the police here, going to move once again. WTF." Evans posted on her Twitter account.

The DUI incident began when police say that Griffith was speeding on US 17 near 25th Ave. South, so the officer followed the Toyota, which turned on Belle Park.

The driver pulled into a driveway at 800 Dargan Street and then immediately ran from the car, police said.

Eventually police caught up and threw Griffith on the ground and handcuffed him, but he was Tasered during the incident, police said.

Later, Griffith was put in the back seat of a police car and "the subject vomited in the rear seat" of a patrol car, police said.

Police searched the Toyota and said they found 12 white pills, but they were later determined not to be narcotics, police said.

Griffith was charged with resisting arrest, speeding in a reduced speed zone, driving on wrong side of road, disobeying a police officer, driving under suspension, license not suspended for DUI - 3rd or sub. Offense and driving under the influence - 3rd offense.

He was held in J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $5000 bond. Jenelle bailed Griffith out of jail, Radar Online reported.

Jenelle and Nathan have been seeing each other for the past three months, despite the fact that she is still married to Courtland Rogers.

Griffith was a professional fighter before working at the Wyndham Hotel in Myrtle Beach.

But, recently, he has been accepted to start fighting in the Mix Martial Arts league, according to Tweets from Jenelle.
