Meet Timothy Duane Brown.
The Oklahoma man was released last week from the Osage County jail following his arrest for public drunkenness.
As seen in the above booking photo, when arrested, the 43-year-old Brown was, of course, wearing a t-shirt announcing that, “I’m A Drunk,” and not an alcoholic (since alcoholics go to meetings).
