Didn't know about the house that's nearby my place. Interesting.

My bro built what he calls his "Bad neighbour fence" after the dude kept parking his semi right on the property line. It looks normal from the street, but about 20 feet in it goes up in a 45 degree angle until it's higher than the top of a semi.

We can't build houses that close....There was a couple a few years ago in our city that were having a house built. The contractor screwed up and set the foundation too close to an existing house. They told the couple that the house would have to be torn down and moved or rebuilt elsewhere, at the couple's expense! Then the local TV ran the story and the builder eventually took care of all the relocation costs etc for the couple..
