An employee at Hot Head Burritos, 1113 Brown St., called police at about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday to report a man urinating on the restaurant's patio.
The man reportedly opened his pants and urinated through the fence in plain view of everyone in the restaurant.
The man was gone when police arrived, but came back and sat on an outside bench just as officers were leaving.
He was spotted holding an open container of alcohol and police questioned him about the public urination.
According to a police report, Gregory Clark admitted to peeing on the patio because he, "didn't want to paralyze himself" by holding it.
He also said he came to the patio to, "get high, get a buzz, and play with myself."
Clark, 38, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail pending a charge of public indecency. He will also be cited for having an open container in public and public intoxication.
