Her thing at first was being a tomboy rebel...kinda skaterpunk, not a glorified overproduced teen tart like Britney Spears.
That was her rep and it earned her a large fanbase.

A few years go by and on every interview I've heard, she talks like a stupid valley-girl with an attitude....a 12 yr old spoiled princess.
She's been in the industry long enough (and aged) to start making semi - intelligent responses to questions and quit giving people the finger.

She can sing...a little, but for us Canucks she's become an embarrassment.
