I remember as a kid being the designated channel changer because I was the youngest. The TV was in a remodeled porch that became "the TV room" and once a week the kids would gather for the latest installment of Monty Python's Flying Circus. I became a John Cleese fan early in life and have enjoyed his brilliant comedic work. Over the years, Cleese has evolved into a social and business philosopher, but has always stayed true to the idea that sense of humor is essential to creative thinking. Taking an issue (or life) too seriously stifles brilliance and limits expansive ideas that can provide better solutions. I have not always agreed with his views, but I usually find his ideas and presentations thought provoking and interesting.

I know this is long for the internet attention span era, but the 36 minutes go quickly. It is worth your time to watch.
