OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. —Deputies in Osceola County want to find the man they say flashed a girl on her way to school Friday morning.
Investigators released a sketch of the light-skinned Hispanic man wanted for the incident that happened about 7:30 a.m.
Deputies said the man was in a small, older-model, white, four-door car with wrap-around headlights, stock rims and tan cloth interior.
He asked the 16-year-old if she wanted a ride and then made an inappropriate comment and exposed himself before driving away.
The 16-year-old was at a bus stop when the alleged incident happened.
Deputies said the incident is part of a much larger string of similar incidents that have happened over the past year.
In the fall last year, four women told officers a flasher tried to lure girls and women into his car outside of Highlands Elementary.
A month later, there were three other flashing incidents within two weeks, including a man exposing himself in his car to a 10-year-old girl on her way to Kissimmee Elementary.
In January, a 30-year-old Kissimmee man was arrested for exposing and touching himself in front of a teenager.
In previous incidents, deputies say victims described the flasher as in his 20s or 30s, light-skinned and, in some cases, Hispanic.
