This one was downright predictable. Miley Cyrus shared her Halloween 2013 costume with her 15 million Twitter followers past midnight on the spooky, often-sexy holiday, and this time around, the 20-year-old singer is channeling another famous lady not afraid to shock or provoke: Lil' Kim, circa the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards.
The "Wrecking Ball" channeled the X-rated rapper's iconic outfit down to the very last detail: Donning a purple wig and a skintight sequined purple jumpsuit that completely exposed her right breast, which was concealed only by a purple, bedazzled pastie. (Back in 1999, Lil' Kim, now 39, was famously grope onstage by none other than co-presenter Diana Ross, who couldn't resist lifting her boob as the audience laughed and gasped.)

The tribute to the female rapper shouldn't come as a huge surprise, as Cyrus has cited Lil' Kim as one of her biggest influences. "In my past life, I feel like that was me," Cyrus told Billboard. "I feel like Lil Kim is who I am on the inside."
The "We Can't Stop" singer has been getting ready for Halloween all week, and on Tuesday shared her very Miley Jack-O-Lanterns: Three pumpkins carved with explicit, sex-fueled and drug-tinged images.
