FLINT, MI -- A man and his wife returned home to an unpleasant surprise -- his ex-girlfriend asleep in their bed, according to a Flint Police report.
The man told police he and his wife returned to their home in the 3000 block of Beechwood Avenue on Monday, Nov. 11, around 10:00 a.m. where they found the back door kicked in.
When the husband and wife went further into their home, police said they found the man's ex-girlfriend asleep in their bed. The man then yelled at his ex and she awoke cursing and allegedly said "I'm going to get you."
According to the report, the suspect then bit the man on his lower arm and fled the home. A witness to the assault chased the suspect, but she got away. The man showed police a photo he snapped of the woman asleep in his bed before the altercation began.
No further information on any arrests was given in the report.
