A serial masturbator accused of repeatedly terrorizing a South Seattle neighborhood faces felony charges after a resident caught him on camera, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported.
Steven Lee Schmidt is suspected of being naked and pleasuring himself behind the wheel of his Chevy Silverado multiple times while cruising the 7000 block of Rainier Avenue South.
Each time, Schmidt allegedly slowed to a crawl and started masturbating as he passed residents and onlookers – some of them children. One neighbor finally snapped a photograph of Schmidt doing the dirty deed.
Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Schmidt, who was previously convicted of exposing himself to a barista in Snohomish County.
