Council Bluffs police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed an electronic-cigarette store Thursday night in Council Bluffs.
Officers responded about 5:50 p.m. to Vape 402 at 1417 West Broadway on a report of a man who apparently wielded an ax with a trailer hitch ball attached to it.
The suspect fled eastbound on foot, according to emergency responders.
Police described the man as wearing a black sweatshirt with the word Nebraska on it
