Man Had Inappropriate Contact With At Least One Victim

OVIEDO, Fla. -- A man who runs a puppet show at an Oviedo church is in jail, accused of taking advantage of a young girl and inappropriately touching her.
Oviedo police said Michael Henderson used his position as a puppeteer at Trinity Assembly to meet the girl.
Detectives seized Henderson's computer and other electronic devices while executing a search warrant of his residence. They discovered Henderson communicated with the victim online and that some of Henderson's communications were sexually explicit. The investigation also revealed Henderson met the victim at the church, where he took photographs under her skirt without her knowledge.
On another occasion, Henderson went to the victim's residence and inappropriately touched her, police said. Henderson was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under the age of 16, video voyeurism and using a computer to solicit a minor. He is being held without bond.
