A pimp serving a 100-year sentence for second-degree assault is suing Nike for $100 million claiming his shoes should have come with a warning.

Sirgiorgiro Clardy stomped on a man’s head for not paying one of his prostitutes.

He now says his Air Jordans should have come with a warning stating they could be used as a deadly weapon.

In the complaint, Clardy writes: "Under product liability there is a certain standard of care that is required to be upheld by potentially dangerous product ..."

"Do (sic) to the fact that these defendants named in this Tort claim failed to warn of risk or to provide an adequate warning or instruction it has caused personal injury in the likes of mental suffering."

Obviously not on par with the suffering of Clardy’s victim who, according to the Huffington Post, required plastic surgery on his nose after his face was smashed to a pulp.
