Most those guys have landscaping background. But, really if you can manage them its very easy, just digging the trenches are a bitch. Other then that your just gluing fittings together. Possibly you need to hire someone for electrical if you are going to put them on timers and dont want to get into wiring.
But, if you map out the plan you can figure out the materials you need and I bet you can do it for under 1000

Harkening back to Hal's local eatery post...whenever I order something from our Family run local hole-in-the-wall (Damiano's Pizza (http://www.damianospizza.ca/)) it's always an experience.

The owner/operator lives nearby and remembers 11 years ago when I had the dude on speed dial -- our newborn daughter was up all hours and occasionally a couple of hours before closing I'd order a meal - we were on a crazy schedule as newborn parents can relate.

When my daughter was 4 I took her into the place to get take-out and she cried that she wanted lots of garlic bread so he gave her extra. Almost always when we order, even though she's 11 now, he still gives us an extra He also adds Indian spices (he's E. Indian) in if I ask.

They also gives us extra pineapple and cheese if we order a Hawaiian pizza no charge because of a conversation he had with my daughter years ago when she said it was her favorite when the cheese gets really gooey. :)

...and the food's cheap and good.

(1) the person carries the handgun on or about the person's body in or on property that is owned, leased, rented, or otherwise legally controlled by the person;
(2) the person carries the handgun on or about the person's body while lawfully present in or on property that is owned, leased, rented, or otherwise legally controlled by another person, if the person:
(A) has the consent of the owner, renter, lessor, or person who legally controls the property to have the handgun on the

premises;
(B) is attending a firearms related event on the property, including a gun show, firearms expo, gun owner's club or convention, hunting club, shooting club, or training course; or
(C) is on the property to receive firearms related services, including the repair, maintenance, or modification of a firearm;
(3) the person carries the handgun in a vehicle that is owned, leased, rented, or otherwise legally controlled by the person, if the handgun is:
(A) unloaded;
(B) not readily accessible; and

an employee of the person from possessing a firearm or ammunition that is locked in the trunk of the employee's vehicle, kept in the glove compartment of the employee's locked vehicle, or stored out of plain sight in the employee's locked vehicle, unless the person's adoption or enforcement of the ordinance, resolution, policy, or rule is allowed under IC 34-28-7-2(b); or
(3) to allow a person to adopt or enforce a law, statute, ordinance, resolution, policy, or rule that allows a person to possess or transport a firearm or ammunition if the person is prohibited from possessing or transporting the firearm or ammunition by state or federal law.
(e) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class A misdemeanor. However, the offense is a Level 5 felony:
(1) if the offense is committed:
(A) on or in school property;
(B) within five hundred (500) feet of school property; or
(C) on a school bus; or
(2) if the person:
(A) has a prior conviction of any offense under:
(i) this section; or
(ii) section 22 of this chapter; or
(B) has been convicted of a felony within fifteen (15) years before the date of the offense.

Worked around the house most of the long weekend. Bought some of this stuff:

And installed it on the window in our bedroom and the window at the top of the stairs on the other side of the house. Both those windows get a ton of sun and heat and just makes it unbearably hot and keeps the a/c working harder than it needs to. What a difference. Before, if you were standing in front of the window, even with the blinds down and the curtain drawn, you could just feel the intense heat from the sun. Now standing there with the blinds up and curtain open, you can barely feel the heat at all, not unless you put your hand right on the glass. The stuff is awesome.

A bit of a learning curve putting it up, and it's a bit of a pain, but it gets easier as you go.
