It's just Office applications which I have used but there's lots to them that I didn't know about. Just getting the assignments done on time is the hard part. Just got one of my textbooks today so I had to scurry and do the assignments tonight.

The only reason it didn't take me very long tonight was because it was Excel and I'm pretty decent with it although I know I have a lot to learn about it. It's all Office 2010 and there are some cool shortcuts.

It's not that different from the older ones. I love Excel. I have a big spreadsheet that I use to track my bills and make sure they get paid and if I have enough money to pay them.

And I wonder if Meireles will do well at Chelsea...I could see him finding good form there, and with Juan Mata, Chelsea has finally addressed that fucking midfield problem of theirs...(did I ever tell you I decided a couple of months ago that was what was holding them back? I could explain more if you are curious). Crouch's move looks somewhat promising, and the Owen Hargreaves signing really intrigues me...I've been waiting for someone to take a chance on that guy.

Well, here is my feeling about Arsenal...Wenger promised at the start of the summer to sign the older, more experienced players I was talking about...and then immediately signed three teenagers, the oldest of whom was eighteen. And then he spent all summer signing teen after teen while letting top talent go. So, I see today's signings as a good step forward in philosophy...and again, they fit holes in the squad. Brilliant signings, perhaps not, but brilliant for what Arsenal have been doing. Progress made.

Chelsea is my great white hope for knocking the evil empire of Man U out of the top spot...it's a team you can like, it's a team that's fun to watch, and it's a team that is waiting to regain form. When Cech and Luiz are healthy and back in the squad, and the new signings gel, things will be awesome.

I'm also watching James Beattie...he's free and clear and could still be signed in the next week (not sure when the window closes on the free transfer lot...but it's at least a week or so away).

Mata and Lukaku came on as substitutes in that insane second half of the last Chelsea game, and both looked fantastic. After watching the game, I immediately added Mata to my fantasy squad.

Well, to me it is not so much progress for Arsenal... I don't know how these will fill the holes left and how much depth it will bring to their team... Im not convinced. I really can't say I thought Wenger made good signings at all. Even tho I do like Arteta a lot, but he isn't Fabregas and as much as I like old Blues player, Benayoun, he isn't Nasri... plus, he is not match fit at all having spent the season injured at Chelsea and not getting much time on the pitch at the start of the season. Lets Arteta continues from where he left at Toffees and Benayoun will find his former glory. Together they can lead the youngsters forward. Still, I was hoping for something better.
