Evey full body massage I have had they do massage my scalp and base of my neck. One of the most relaxing area they massage. Next time if you are not comfortable tell them. If you want a certain area focused on tell them. Also may be request a female masseur.

If you are going to get a massage - go to a licensed massage therapist - tell them what's tight or sore and let them work at it. Not sure about those mall palces - however I would bet that they focus on the neck and back and hence the hips/butt attention. As long as he didn't spend most of the time there :). I have had a head massage and yes it feels wonderful. Also - you really can't beat oiled hands on bare skin when getting a massage.

Yep, video processing takes a huge amount of resources. Those guys that do reencoding of HD movies all have serious rigs and it still takes 24-36 hours to do a 720p.

I can not believe the customer service that I just received at Dick's Sporting Good. So I went in there and got a couple things. I had two gift cards from Christmas that I didn't know how much I had left on them. I brought about $45 worth of stuff and figured I was going to have to pay the difference, which wasn't going to be a big deal. So they run the gift cards and my remaining balance is six cents. Less than a dime. Crap, all I have in my wallet is a $20 bill and my ATM card. I really don't want to use either for six cents. My car is not that far from the parking lot so I tell the girl, "Give me a second, I have change in my car. I'll be right back." The cashier say tell me, "No, I got it." And reaches in her pockets pulls out a dollar and some change. Finds a nickle and a penny and throws it the register. All I could do was say, "Thanks, your are awesome."

As I was walking out, I say a guy who I assume was the manager, because he looked a little older than the rest of workers and he was telling another guys what to do. I stopped and asked if he was and he said yes. I pointed out the cashier and told him what she did. I told him to run it up the chain.

The girl wasn't more than 17. If she keeps that attitude and outlook at work she will go far in whatever she does.
Tomorrow I am going to call the store and speak with the store manager and tell him too. I am going to send an email to corporate site.
That girl made my day.

Not actually having the correct change is not usually a problem around where I live. If it's less than a dime, there's almost always a container with pennies in it near the register. When you need some, you use it, when you have some, you put it in the container.

Yea, alot of place here have a "take a penny, leave a penny." But most of the larger chain stores don't. It was just refreshing that the girl didn't even hesitate or think about it. I just came from the gym so I was in gym clothes and was a little sweaty. So clearly I didn't have loose change on me, but at the same time it would not have been a big deal for me to run to my car and get it. Its probably her first job and she took care of the customer in a caring professional manner.
