I'm not a Southerner, I just live in the South. I'm what the Southerners call a "Damn Yankee": I moved down here and I stayed. I was born in Philadelphia and raised in a Gloucester County, New Jersey suburb of Philly. Where I currently live in the South, there's more Yankees here than there are Southerners. So it's pretty much just like home, only it gets a lot hotter than it does up in Philly/Jersey. But I'm definitely not a Southerner, and the locals where I live and our various Southerner friends here on this board make it a point to remind me of this fact on a regular basis, not that I ever forget.

After looking at my current ballot and investigating each candidate and options, I'm pretty much gonna vote all Republican this year, although that's not what I've done in the past. My views on the President is this: I gave Obama a chance and he seriously fucked it up. I really hoped he would have been different, but he proved me wrong. Now he has to go. With all the shit the Democrats pulled within the past 4 years, they should all be voted out, with the stipulation that they have a sane and sensible replacement. But then again, we're talking about politicians, and sane and sensible rarely goes hand in hand with politics. Everybody else on my ballot that I'm voting for are pretty much running unopposed, except for my county sheriff, who's a friend of my family, and my district's Representative, whose opposition is a bigger fucking moron than he is. I had a meatball marinara sub....the meatballs were obviously old because they were hard and/or chewy and the marinara sauce tasted more like salt sauce :|

Subway's not exactly good for Italian-American fare. If you get another sub and load it full of veggies though, you usually get your money's worth.

I almost always get the meatball sandwich at Subway and usually they are pretty decent...this one was just completely awful

Don't get me wrong, I'm not extolling the virtues of Subway. You're better off hitting a real sandwich shop. But Subway's ok when you're in a pinch and you don't want to wait. It's better when you eat vegetables and take advantage of the unlimited veggies you can load on one of their subs.

That's why I topped at Subway, they are right next to the Walgreen's that I went to for the cold meds and it was convenient and fast. Nearest 'better' sandwich shop would have been a bit more of a drive and out of the way. I should have just gone across the street and gone to Chipotle.

Taking in previous posts the salad would have been dried up and probably had an added caterpillar in there for taste

Hahahahahaha I was at home before anyone asks

Decided to stop at Hilton Park Services overnight in our motorhome on M6, NEVER AGAIN!!!! at 3.00am a man came creeping out of bushes to our motorhome, baring in mind its the middle of the night, he came prowling over and kept hiding behind trees, we immediately put the headlights on and he ran into the bushes. Honestly we were terrified he looked like something off Hills Of Eyes , never again am i stopping there. Beware if your parking overnight!!!!!!!!
