I tested the shit out of it, and it was pristine. Fast forward 1 week and I pick it up today. Didn't fiddle with it because I tested it previously.

Now it has a dead fret... It didn't have that one week ago when I put money down on it.

Should I get my money back and just buy new one? or have them attempt to fix it, which would basically mean they have to refret it.
