My supervisor just got married a month ago. Towards the end of the day he noticed that the diamond setting had fallen out of his ring. Today, our order pickers picked over 200 orders. One was a huge order for Safeway, 19 pallets containing everything from 68 cartons to 85 cartons on each pallet. We had to restack it all (customer is a twat and demands certain types of pallets, certain amounts of boxes on each pallet)

So we all volunteered to help restack over 2000 boxes. With our daily shipping imagine about 60 pallets of various sizes laying around and tons of boxes.


I pick up a flashlight and 3 of us search for his diamond for over 2 hours. He's gutted...he can't even talk and tells us not to worry about and to go home. I say fuck that and continue searching. I even say - Dude, something keeps drawing me over to the shrink wrapper and I don't know why. He says I'm crazy and not to worry.

So your pal hal catches the tiniest glint of light in 20 years of dust, refuse and other shiny things I never want to touch. AND I FOUND THE FCKING DIAMOND!!!!!!!!
