Garlic powder is fine if you don't have fresh, and the mayo is a restaurant secret I learned years ago.

Another, if you want killer garlic cheese bread. Take a good baguette, cut if half and spread mayo over the whole open face. Soften butter in a cup and add a crushed clove of garlic, mix and spread over the mayo. Sprinkle some salt and then Parmesan cheese on the spread and throw in the broiler until light golden. The mayo adds a dimension of taste you wouldn't expect! Mmmm.

But don't use Miracle Whip! It has the wrong flavor, just use traditional mayo like Best Foods/Hellmann's

I used to get quite bad headaches and now dont get that many, was adv by a doc to change my diet and cut out 4 foods and my headaches would receed and they have!

Unfortunetley the 4 four foods were some of my favourite things! Banana's (which are the worst apparently) Chocolate, Cheese and Red Wine. Was a big give up! Banana's were one of the few fruits i liked, i love red wine, esp rioja's, chocolate! ffs who can give up chocolate!

I eat very little chocolate...

And very little cheese, and i used to eat a lot o cheese. Love cheese.. Used to regulary have 3 or 4 types.. Love cheese..

But i chose to do somethin about my headaches and i now hardly get any.
