A 22-year-old beauty contestant has been kicked out of a competition for posting a topless selfie picture online for charity.

Georgia Eden, a contestant for the Miss Oxfordshire competition in England, tweeted the picture apparently to promote breast cancer awareness.

The model posted the topless snap after losing a close friend to breast cancer last year.

But the organizers of the pageant kicked her out after spotting the picture online, claiming she had brought shame to the event, reports The Mirror.

The picture has the hash tags #coppafeel and #breastcancerawareness. Eden says her disqualification had made her "feel cheap."

"I am quite upset by this accusation against my character, I feel demeaned,” Eden said to her local newspaper, the Oxford Mail.

"This is my career, I wouldn't have posted the photo if I thought there was anything wrong with it."

But organizer Beverley O'Neill said Eden had her "boobies all over the place."
