There’s no mystery surrounding what will happen if you dare ride the Breakaway Falls.

One moment thrill-seekers stand upright in an enclosed tube. The next, they free fall in a terrifying vertical drop.

The worst part is, they have no idea when it will happen.

The moment between entering the pod and a water park worker releasing the trap door has to be one of the most nerve-wracking theme park experiences.

The water slide is the latest attraction to open at the Sea World Orlando Aquatica park in Florida.

yeah I thought there was going to be more than perhaps 10 feet of vertical, too.
