well, if you want to get technical, it wasnt a tank, but a bmp-1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMP-1_variants#Ukraine) with a 30mm cannon on it...so a light armored vehicle. a real tank round would have taken down the side of that building and that poor old man would have been mush instead of having shrapnel in his leg. but yeah...that's what I was thinking....they just up and leave this thing unlocked...or did they break into it?
