Even though the show ended last year, it seems a real life victim of the fictional serial killer has been identified, and she's taking the matter to court.

According to the website DNAInfo, Ajanaffy Njewadda and her husband are suing the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Showtime - the network that aired the show - for placing an ad in a 'dangerous location' at Grand Central Terminal. Njewadda claims that one year ago she was frightened by the ad when she descended the stairs, causing her to fall, break her ankle and suffer a concussion.

The couple's lawyer said the woman had to see a psychiatrist because the poster was 'giving her nightmares'.

An MTA spokeswoman wouldn't comment on pending litigation, while a Showtime spokeswoman said the network couldn't comment because it had not yet received the lawsuit.
