After changing his name to Ink Land King Body Art The Extreme Ink-Ite and getting tattoos all over his body, the 34-year-old has now had a silicon skull IMPLANTED into his chest.
The £350 procedure saw the silicone-filled ball – sporting a raised skull motif – pushed into his chest, which will eventually tighten around the lump and giving the impression of a ghoulish head pushing out through his skin.
Now going by the nickname Bart, he admits it will take a YEAR before the skull is noticeable.

Discussing the procedure, he revealed: "It just looks like a lump at the moment...
"You have a choice of a numbing ointment, but I started out without it.
"The incision wasn't too bad. I found it therapeutic in one way.
"But when they started to do the channelling, that was more of an ordeal."
Bart's body is covered in tattoos – including one on his left EYEBALL and a Jeremy Kyle Show inking on the back of his head – and his obsession started when he was 16.

He explained: "I fell in love with the Maori culture at the age of nine.
"People call it an obsession, but it has become a lifestyle."
He added: "It's like a picture hanging at your home.
"You get bored with it and want a different one."
