we did that in high school football....called the atomic situp

tie a towel on the guy's eyes, make him lay across a bench and hold his legs on one side shoulders down on the other...then tell him to press up as hard as possible against the resistance


meanwhile....any fatass drops his drawers, spreads the cheeks and we let him goooooo! :lol:
