Not all was Lost for these lovers. Courtney Stodden confirmed to Fox411 on Monday, Aug. 11, that she is back together with her estranged husband Doug Hutchison, and the two are even planning to renew their vows.
"Courtney realized just how much love she really had for Doug," her mother and manager Krista Keller told Fox. "They really love each other and wanted to be together."
The teen bride, 19, and Lost actor, 54, separated last November, citing their age gap as a primary issue for their split. "After Courtney experienced being in Celebrity Big Brother in the UK she realized that there is this whole world out there to explore," a source told Us Weekly at the time. "She was so reliant on Doug up until doing the show, but after going so far away, she realized she could survive by herself."
Several weeks after her split news, the buxom model appeared on Bethenny Frankel's talk show, where she famously told the former Real Housewife that she doesn't "read or write," and planned to use her newfound freedom to focus on being age appropriate.
"I've learned that I need to be 19," Stodden told Frankel. "I need to do what regular girls do… I've learned throughout my marriage...that right now, a career is great, it's cool, you know, whatever. I'm not putting it aside, but right now I'm really, really, really wanting to focus on me." (Stodden and Hutchison infamously wed when she was 16 and he was 51.)
In the following months, Stodden appeared to have undergone somewhat of a transformation. She ditched her trademark platinum tresses for a more demure brunette hair color in January. "Lately I've been a little bit of a daredevil, and I'm trying to enter into the next chapter of my life," Stodden told Us. "I feel born again," she continued. "I'm excited to go out and see the life of a brunette." (Stodden reverted to blonde sometime in between, after she posed in a skimpy lettuce bikini for PETA.)
Her momager told Fox411 that during their time apart, Stodden got to "experience other men," and realized that she "wanted to be with her original choice, her husband."
