Every pet owner is familiar with the terrible feeling of having to drop their furry friend off at the kennel before heading off on vacation.
But the lengths that this Norwegian family went to make their adorable bulldog, Igor, feel at home away from home is positively priceless.
This precious bulldog had never spent a night away from his family since joining them, and was quite nervous to be separated from his home while the family went on vacation to Thailand.

So, Igor's 'dad' decided that the easiest way to make the family pet feel at home was to replicate their home in Igor's space in the kennel.
The family moved the couch, built a replica coffee table, and even went so far as to paint the kennel walls the same shade of grey as they are at home.
They also brought in his small bed, a carpet, pillows, blankets, and a few tasty treats.

Igor was absolutely thrilled with his temporary accommodations and even befriended a fellow kennel-dweller: a Saint Bernard named Hera.
The video concludes by showing the two pups running together outside and spending time together in Igor's 'living room'.
The two are now best friends.
